What is the client's nature of business Retail
Retail experience is preferred – experience with ERP, eCommerce / web, CRM, CDP, Omni Channel, OMS, Social, BI, Digital Marketing etc , someone with stronger verbal communication is preferred.
Respond to and/or initiate technical troubleshooting sessions with customers - via phone, email, and remote session. Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers. Interact with customers at all levels, with demonstrated.
The ideal candidate is resourceful and has experience in working on a range of technical challenges related to low-latency and high-availability architectures.
