The Compensation Analyst provides analytical support to the corporate headquarters compensation and /or Conifer Health Solutions revenue cycle in the design, implementation, and administration of employees’ compensation for different employee groups.
Handles employee and labor relations. Handles and organizes canteen concessionaire, company events, and programs. Prepares and administers memos, due process, and admin hearings. Attends employee's cases and concerns.
The Sr. HR Analyst is responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support to the employees. The Sr. HR Analyst supports the HR Business Partner in rolling out various HR initiatives and projects aligned with the business strategy.
