The Sr. HR Analyst is responsible for the delivery of day-to-day HR support to the employees. The Sr. HR Analyst supports the HR Business Partner in rolling out various HR initiatives and projects aligned with the business strategy.
Handles employee and labor relations. Handles and organizes canteen concessionaire, company events, and programs. Prepares and administers memos, due process, and admin hearings. Attends employee's cases and concerns.
• Responsible for sourcing and networking of IT roles • Administration of candidate hiring process including call outs and screening interviews • Ensure regular endorsement and submission of candidates to hiring managers • Handle job offers
The primary role of ths position is to fill all technology related job openings.This person will also serve as the teams SME on technology requirements and provide current industry trends, updates and analysis.
Designs, develops and supports applications solutions with focus on SAP Netweaver - Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) in as many of the available variants like WebDynpro, Workflow, OData Service, EWM, ABAP HR, etc.
