Administrative Assistant Opening And Vacancy

For the designation of an Administrative Assistant, candidates need to be proficient in writing and sending emails to internal as well as external stakeholders. The job would also entail the job seeker to find ways to improve the administrative processes. Apart from that s/he should be efficient in managing the calendar, taking care of expense reports and claims, maintain and updating multiple spreadsheets in excel on a regular basis. A knowledge of the latest MS Office will be an added advantage and help her/him better their performances at work. Booking travel for office personnel and processing visas are also part of the KRA. Printing, scanning, and copying, as well as typing and formatting documents, are also important aspects that the candidate should be comfortable with. The candidate should also be willing at all times to lend general secretarial support to senior colleagues. With an inherent quality and confidence to manage their own workload, the job aspirant should be good at quality checking their own product as well as that of others. Communicating well is also another important characteristic the candidate should have and also hone it with time. With excellent linguistic skills and brilliant attention to detail, the candidate should at least be a graduate in any specialization.
