Zoomies help the world connect - and deliver happiness while doing it. We set out to build the best video conferencing product for the enterprise, and today help people communicate better with products like Zoom Phone, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Video Webinars, Zoom Apps, and OnZoom.
We are looking for an Online Account Executive (OAE) within Zoom Phone to provide our customers with Cloud PBX services that meet their telephony and video needs. You'll work across teams to dig deep into impactful projects that are changing the way people communicate and enjoy opportunities to advance your career in a diverse, inclusive environment. Duties and responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales and product objectives
  • Develop a strong understanding of key product differentiators, sales methodologies and processes
  • Be an innovator that will help our global company discover new ways to sell our service and drive new business initiatives
  • Partner with Account Executives to upsell current customers and assist in closing potential customers
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-Level and VP -Level Executives to address business needs
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive customer feedback and improve product
  • Utilise Salesforce CRM to provide timely and accurate sales activity tracking and status updates
  • Work strategically with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
Minimum competencies
  • Must have strong verbal skills with consultative professional business acumen
Minimum qualifications
  • 2+ years of Account Executive experience in the Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) or in the telecommunication industry sector
  • Direct Cloud PBX Product selling experience, required
  • Direct CUCM, UCaaS, and SaaS selling experience, strongly preferred
  • B2B selling experience with customers with up to 50 employees
  • Demonstrated ability to accurately manage a multi-channel pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.com
