Job Responsibilities:
  • Performs analysis by creating reports, charts, and graphs of findings in support of business operations.
  • Monitor, analyze and report the production and quality variances from standard.
  • Provides weekly management reports such as but not limited to Dashboard, Volume and SLA Report, SBT Report, CIP, Gap Analysis.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of Reports Analyst experience in a BPO/ITO environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerBI and/or SAP
  • Advanced knowledge in data mining, data analysis and dashboard creation
  • Must be amenable to work in Pasay City .
