Enshored is seeking an outstanding Workforce Manager who will provide direction in forecasting workforce requirements and supervise the operational activities of the Workforce Management Department. Hours will depend on the client's needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manage staff planning, forecasting, and manage real-time staffing.Ensures that the Capacity Plan is in place.Maintain and provide schedule based on the actual dataMonitor and manage the actual trend of volume and shrinkages.Provide reports related to workforce management.Design and present a state of the business address to senior leadership regularly, speak to our strategy, challenges, and influence decisions on the workforce.Contribute effectively to the team to ensure that efforts are aligned toward achieving team goalsResponsible for a comprehensive workforce management system that increases employee productivity with reduced absences and late arrivals.Hire, lead and coach the WFA team - You will develop their skills, enabling them to grow in their roles while ensuring the team delivers high quality, timely work.Provide better insight into teammate engagement, attendance, and productivity.Also expects to do other tasks related to the position.
Education and Experience
3-5 years of experience working as a Workforce Manager.A seasoned Workforce Manager with a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Mathematics or Statistics, and experience in Data Analytics.Proficient in MS Office Applications, manual computations using excel/ macro/G-suites.Familiar with the Workforce management tools.
