Job Description



Responsibilities:
  • Should be able to process and analyze HR analytics / reports e.g attrition
  • Basic knowledge on SAP, Anaplan and other productivity tools.
  • Generate from the system (SAP, Siva, Peoplesoft) staff cost, employee details, new hires, resignations, overtime, and Vendor Employees. SLA: Deliver based on the defined due date per type of report
  • Update the monthly report (Regular HC, Overtime, Vendor Employee, Attrition, Staff Cost, etc.).
  • Prepare the monthly Headcount and Staff Cost Analysis by Group - cuts (summary table, supporting docs for the analysis) depending on the # of groups
  • Process non-confidential data/info requested by line (employee stats, employee lists, historical stats).
  • Assist in preparation of staff cost assumptions
  • Assist in the consolidation of the yearly corporate-wide manpower budgeting

Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Willing to work in Munoz, Quezon City
  • Can start ASAP
