Department Overview

The Human Resources and Learning team within the Shared Services department addresses the various needs of the organization by efficiently and effectively delivering HR services, nurturing diverse talent for the company's long-term success.
About the Role

Performs specialized human resources related functions in either a service center or human resource department environment. within human resources. Responsible for supporting the Team in the day-today Management of HR Tool and Personnel documents.
Responsibilities:
  • Performs moderately complex general human resource duties in support of either a service center or human resource department environment
  • Manage and update employee personal information including onboarding tasks for new employees, and off boarding tasks for employees leaving the company
  • Collects data and prepares related personnel statistics and reports
  • Furnishes information to authorized persons and provides guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
  • May prepare input forms for automated data processing system
  • Utilizes the company's internal human resources information systems to perform duties
  • Requires considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
  • Takes on complex job roles with regard to report generation for key stake holders
  • Assist in audit activities and perform other tasks that may be assigned

Market Skills and Certifications
Essential Qualifications:
  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's/College Degree holder
  • 5-6 years in HR operations and employee data management
  • Requires a working knowledge of some aspect of an HR function, and an understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Working Knowledge on PeopleSoft V8/9, Workday or similar HRIS Tool
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and MS Power point
  • Preferably knowledgeable in Visual Basic, Macros and Programming
  • Good Communication skills
  • Core work hours will be 12:00PM to 9:00PM Manila time. Candidates must be flexible in working on other shift or extending work hours if deemed necessary by the business
