Job Description

Job Summary

  • General understanding of Workday HR business processes and AECOM standard procedures

  • Performs initial triage of all types of Workday support cases Incidents, Service Requests and Enhancements

  • Updates relevant Service Now cases in accordance with defined triage processes

  • Routes cases appropriately according to standard procedures

  • Performs defined set of Workday support tasks related to Incidents and Service Requests adhering to defined processes

  • May assist in supporting process definition and development

  • May support troubleshooting issues escalated from HR Shared Services tiers I and II, incl. analysis, potential configuration changes, testing and deployment

  • Identify and recommend team process improvements, and/or system optimization opportunities to better align with business needs

  • Collaborate and work with support team peers in the troubleshooting and resolution of Workday support tickets

  • Support development of user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training materials for the Workday system

  • Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Computer Science, or related field preferred or, equivalent combination of education, skills and professional experience

  • Minimum of two years of professional experience supporting Workday HCM in hands-on, ticket review and resolution role, preferably in large global organizations. Workday required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work flexibly during scheduled operating hours
