The Company is a Leadership and Diversity training organization helping leaders who help others grow. The company was formed by the client in 1992 as an industry leader in Diversity. The firm is associated with the a another known team for leadership, coaching and communication development.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom Wordpress Plug-ins based on detailed specifications
  • Develop extensions for various Wordpress Plug-ins
  • Work within an architecture were the staff will be expected to keep consistent architecture from both development and user experience perspective
  • Write code that is easily extensible through actions and filter
  • Assist with the development of a new website for the group's new diversity and inclusion program.

Must Haves:
  • At least 2 years of Wordpress Development experience
  • A web-master with word press experience
Work Schedule: 9:00am - 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time

Home Office Requirements:

• Fixed internet connection (Broadband, DSL, Cable, Fiber) of at least 5 MBPS (Not allowed: Prepaid wifi, dongle and mobile data)
• Up to date Laptop or Desktop with Windows 8 or Mac OS X
• Perfectly working headset and webcam
• Quiet room to work with no distractions or background noises
• A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
