Job Description

  • Solid expertise in managing large scale enterprise server infrastructure using Windows-based operating systems in a 24x7 mission critical production environments  
  • Provides solid expertise to implement and support complex Windows OS based infrastructure.  
  • Provides server performance monitoring and fine tuning 
  • Proactively seeks for deficiencies and provides suggestions to improve infrastructure and processes in order to improve availability and serviceability of the infrastructure groups in order to provide fast problem resolution and to improve client experience
  • Proactively looks for opportunities and provides suggestions in improving system availability and
ability to save cost
Involves and participates in resource management and the development of capacity plans based
on historical trends and business drivers
Requires being aware of new directions in the areas of operating systems, computer systems
Determines level of availability for business requirements when implementing new designs.
Identifies and documents availability shortfalls and develop corrective action plans.
