Company Information:

The Company is a technology solutions provider to businesses, government agencies, educational institutions, finance, and healthcare organizations. They provide cybersecurity related services from training, audit compliance and managed services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced web designer/developer who can help with both designing the user experience of websites and implementing that vision.
Design and build the website front-end and architecture, including but not limited to
- designing new page layouts
- building forms and landing pages
- conceptualizing website branding
- fixing server/hosting errors
- and editing photos and videos
This will require a dedicated resource responsible for content deployment,
visual creativity, user experience, and search engine optimization.
Manage the company's ongoing web presence.
Plan and implement content marketing strategies.
Conducting website performance tests.
Troubleshooting content issues.
Manage projects, track reports, project status and deadlines.
Provide web design best practices and next-generation digital trends.
Build and manage a portfolio of web assets.

Must Haves:

Minimum 5 years experience in Web Design
Great skill in Wordpress and other CMSs
Skills and knowledge in photo and video editing using the more popular tools such as Adobe and more
Work experience with custom themes and plugins
Ability to work independently and have a creative mind to bring the client's ideas and concepts to life

Nice to Haves:

Experience with website builders such as Duda or Webflow

Work Schedule: 9:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time

Home Office Requirements:

• Fixed internet connection (Broadband, DSL, Cable, Fiber) of at least 5 MBPS (Not allowed: Prepaid wifi, dongle and mobile data)
• Up to date Laptop or Desktop with Windows 8 or Mac OS X
• Perfectly working headset and webcam
• Quiet room to work with no distractions or background noises
• A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
