1. Generate a pipeline of prospective wealth management clients, spanning products such as: fixed income deposits, on and offshore funds, and offshore private banking accounts.
2. Act as a trusted wealth management advisor to high net-worth individuals.
3. Onboard customers to meet annual targets on incremental Assets Under Management (AUM).

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Tap your own network of high net-worth individuals, and create lead funnels to sustain a pipeline of good client prospects.
2. Conduct meetings with prospective clients to understand their wealth management needs, and recommend corresponding products that align with their objectives.
3. Perform KYC and onboarding tasks to enable new customers to invest in their chosen products.
4. Report progress of lead sourcing and onboarding regularly to management.

Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
    • Graduate of a Business or Finance course from a reputable university
    • Finance-related certifications or charters, such as CFA is a plus.
    • 7-10 years experience in wealth management front-line existing book of prospective high net worth clients. International exposure (even if locally employed) also a plus.
    • Critical Skills: Sales and relationship management, Wealth Management, Networking/Pipeline Generation, and Financial Sales
    • From Finance, Wealth Management, or Treasury industries

Realistic Job Preview:
    • The job-holder will be managing a portfolio of 3-4 existing private banking accounts, meeting with them on at least a quarterly basis to provide market updates and investment recommendations. In addition, he/she will be required to conduct at least 1 meeting with a new prospect weekly, and will be following up with current leads the rest of the time. In total, the job-holder is expected to be in meetings with existing and prospective clients at least 3 days of the week (i.e. 6 meetings).
    • The jobholder will be supported by an investment analysis team who will be doing market research and suggesting investments for clients. The jobholder will need to collaborate with the analysis team to deliver the information clearly and effectively to clients.
    • Regular internal meetings are also to be expected to align with the other functions of the business.

Expectations from Candidates

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.

In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
