Company Information:

The company is a law firm with offices in Ohio and Pennsylvania, United States. Their mission is to help the families of individuals who are treated unlawfully as a result of corporate greed. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Work under the direct supervision of Paralegals
  • Follow up with clients and vendors on various issues/projects
  • Generate and send template emails, letters and text messages
  • Complete request forms and submit them electronically
  • Send links to webforms to clients
  • Log in into a web dashboard to see which clients have submitted the required documentation
  • Send pre-written forms at specific times
  • Request medical records from the clients
  • Input data into a web request form and check a web dashboard to see which medical records have been received
  • Download received items to the computer system and alert the appropriate team member
  • Meet deadlines for the assigned tasks
  • Attend weekly meeting with the direct supervisor to answer any questions and provide guidance about the assignments
  • Other ad hoc task relevant to the role
Must Haves:
  • At least 2 years experience in Administrative Assistance or other relevant roles
  • Excellent English Communication Skills both verbal and written
  • Must have phone support background
  • Must be computer literate since all of the systems to be used are Cloud based
Nice to Haves:
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced office environment dealing with customers and using technology
  • Customer Service experience
  • Familiar with Billing and other related tasks
Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time

Home Office Requirements:
