Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the ability to:

  • Interpret data, analyze results and provide ongoing reports

  • Develop and implement strategies that optimize efficiency and quality

  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Work with Management to prioritize business and information needs

  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field

  • 0-3 years of experience with an advanced understanding of excel, the ability to comb through large data sets, SQL experience a plus.

  • General knowledge of brokerage industry regulatory requirements; Experience in financial services, preferably in investment related roles with a focus on customer service and support is a plus.

  • Willingness to learn the Financial services industry including desire to acquire applicable industry licensing (FINRA SIE).

  • Self-starter with a high sense of urgency and professionalism, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent issues within strict timeframes

  • Strong communication and people skills with the ability to work in a team environment

  • Strong analytical skills with a close attention to detail, demonstrating a focus on continuous process improvement

  • Ability to present a professional image and demeanor to internal/external customers and team members

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with internal and external customers

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Accelerated skills in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel proficiency preferred
