What you’ll need to qualify:

• Active unrestricted USRN license
• 2+ years clinical experience in a hospital, acute care, home health / hospice, direct care or case management preferred
• Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Previous customer service or Clinical Process Outsourcing experience is a plus

What your typical day will consist of:

• Interact with pharmacy technicians, physicians, and colleagues from other departments
• Respond to internal inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
• Gather clinical information, criteria information and work within regulatory guidelines
• Positively participate in company events, in team meetings, and support your peers
