Functional overview

The Sourcer will be a team oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. S/he will be responsible for working with the Recruiters/ Account Managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop sourcing strategies to leverage diverse high caliber candidates, pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications, gather their resume/ CV, and introduce them to the recruitment team. Duties and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Account Managers to understand job requirements, function and fits for the organization.
  • Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of LinkedIn, Facebook, Alumni list and alternative search techniques.
  • Work with coordinators and recruiters to manage an efficient hiring process
  • Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and conduct talent mapping
Minimum competencies
  • Global recruitment experience is a nice-to-have
  • Exceptional ability to stay organized, communicate, interview, and a passion for finding exceptional candidates.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, any other social networks, and technical forums are required.
  • Excellent communication skills, engaging phone skills and real passion for recruiting.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a Nice-to-Have
Minimum qualifications
  • Candidate must be a graduate of any related 4 year course.
  • With at least 1-3 years of sourcing in a high volume environment | experience working in a staffing agency highly preferred.
  • With experience in sourcing for North America.
