Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all Talent Identification and Candidate Experience resources and activities at the Tenet Global Business Center
  • Ensures Talent Acquisition resources meet all agreed upon expectations
  • Collaborate with other HR subfunctions as required for process improvements
  • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with the facilities to resolve
  • Responsible for Talent Acquisition performance issues at the Tenet Global Business Center
  • Support the enablement of the Talent Acquisition function detailed design through process and technology improvements
  • Monitor productivity and plans work assignments and resource allocation to meet demand
  • Primary point of contact for US VP of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting Manager

This role will have exposure to a large number of senior executives and requires someone with a strong sense of urgency, attention to details and diplomatic skills to match

Profile of the Successful Candidate:
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • High attention to detail with innate need to investigate complex issues and thoroughly test solutions
  • Supporting, motivating and enabling a diverse team through complex and difficult issues
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. Talent Acquisition practices and regulations
  • Supporting productive meetings/working sessions
  • Able to take direction and translate into action
  • Ability to effectively correspond and work with US SMRs
  • Solving problems and framing recommendations for leadership
  • Resolving issues, mitigating risks and following through on actions
  • Demonstrating sound judgment and discretion with sensitive information
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and embrace constant change
  • Self-motivated- Outcomes-focused individual who holds herself/himself to a high performance standard

Required Qualifications:
Previous management/supervisory experience
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to change
Possession of excellent customer service skills for candidate and hiring manager interactions
Ability to work autonomously and support virtual and remote stakeholders
Experience with high volume of tasks and requests
Experience with prioritizing, multi-tasking, and problem-solving in a deadline-oriented environment
At least 6+ years of related experience
