Job Description

• Real time evaluation of customer activity to deliver optimal decision making for the business
• Retrospective analysis of customer activity to apply correct factoring to each account
• Working through formal recommendations sent by colleagues to revise account factors
• Constant monitoring of customer activity to identify known profiles and coordinated activity
• Monitoring of the key market indicators to determine whether the edge lies with the business or the customer at any moment.
• Laser focus on bets approaching maximum
• Continuous production of Bet Notes to contextualise account activity with a view to driving optimum factor
• Be a point of escalation for incidents within Trading
• Create, run and investigate specific analytical reports to target specific betting patterns or product assessment.
• Dealing with queries from CS and Trading where involvement is required.
