Job Description

You know you are the perfect fit if you are/have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or HR-related courses
  • At least 3 year(s) of solid working experience in performing the same functions (compensation and benefits) is required for this position.
  • Has working knowledge in job analysis and evaluation, job grading, salary structure design, and familiar with different benefits packages in the market
  • Experience in creating and implementing C&B Policies
  • Experience in carrying out salary reviews and total rewards surveys
  • Working experience in job evaluation (Hay or WTW method)
  • Good project management skills
  • Working knowledge on expat mgt. and services
  • Detail-oriented and strong analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office tools (MS Word, MS Outlook)
  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Must display professionalism and confidence

As part of our growth, your tasks will be:
  • Reviews current compensation and benefits (C&B) programs to check if it is still relevant and propose changes if needed
  • Assists the Head of Total Rewards in creating new programs aligned with company strategy
  • Creates C&B related guidelines and processes to support HR Shared Services/ Operations in smooth execution of C&B programs
  • Ensures that all C&B policies are implemented in the whole company
  • Responsible for all activities related to job evaluation and inputs to salary structure
  • Performs pay/benefits survey analysis and assists Head of Total Rewards in updating salary structure and ensures benefits packages are competitive with the market.
  • Prepares information required for total rewards survey.
  • Oversees annual salary review and annual bonus activities
  • Oversees the review, communication, and implementation of the annual benefit programs (with focus on enrollment process).
  • Provides C&B analysis and information to HRBPs/ People Partners and top management as required and answers queries pertaining to C&B policies, procedures and other related concerns
  • Ensures that compensation recommendations (if requested) are relevant and within the approved budget
  • Ensures that C&B and expat services expenses are monitored and within the approved budget
