Position Summary

The Total Rewards Global Hub Lead will work on implementing the Reward strategy in line with Corporate Total Rewards guidance (process, technology, compliance, KPI's, organization, capability) as well as provide innovative and business-relevant solutions for improving the overall experience across Markets, Businesses and Functions.

A day in the life of Total Rewards Global Hub Lead

  • Ensure the flawless and timely execution of the global annual compensation campaign, including but are not limited to, full cycle - Budget Request, Review of Annual Base Salary (ABS), Reference Salary, Short-Term Bonus (STB), and Long-Term Incentives (LTI), whilst maintaining robust communication with Center of Competence (CoCs), Nestl in the Market (NiMs), and Globally Managed Businesses (GMBs) and achievement of Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Provide analytical support for the end-to-end Annual Salary review process and ensure that all operational issues and escalations are addressed timely
  • Develop a high performing team, through the outline of stretched objectives, regular feedback, robust training and coaching sessions, recognition, shared ownership, motivation, and engagement
  • Continuously assess and develop the capabilities of team members to deliver best in class valuable services with high level of efficiency
  • Enhance robust communication with the Center of Competence (COCs), Nestl Business Services centers, NiMs, within the region on agreed scope of services, governance processes to achieve of SLA and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction by acting as an ambassador to lead bold change in an appropriate way and delivering aligned service level
  • Work as the expert for Center of Scale (CoS) in a cross functional team of CoC, NiM, and CoS rewards network that enhances the HR contribution to the business
  • Drive agility through continuous improvement mindset in HR by looking out for opportunities for competitive advantage by drawing connections between facts and simplifying complex issues
  • Ensure full compliance in the compensation area, including meeting internal controls as well as external tax, social security, and labor laws
  • Monitor controls and compliance according to guidelines set by national and international audits, coordinate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for learning services under your responsibility
  • Constantly challenge and improve KPIs and metrics with the clear intent of enhancing employee experience

What will make you successful

  • University Degree level education, MBA, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in Total Rewards, in Corporate and/or Centers of Expertise and/or Centers of Scale
  • Business Partnering/ CoEs with prior experience of Total Rewards
  • Experience leading teams remotely and building total rewards capability across the business
  • Prior success in building and leading a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) function supported by advanced practices and technologies while elevating an organization as an employer of choice within its industry
  • Demonstrable business acumen and ability to communicate effectively across various levels in the business
  • Ability to have big picture view and prioritize as well as have an eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication skills in a high-level business setting
  • Strong project and change management & analytical skills
