SR. TEAM LEADS
. Manages day-to-day operations and is responsible in monitoring, tracking and reporting offshore team's performance versus agreed SLA to client and engagement leads
. Manages client expectations and understanding of the contractual and commercial requirements for their area of responsibility
. Provides and implements business-focused solutions in fulfillment of contractual obligations
Qualifications
. Graduate of any Bachelor's degree . Undergraduates with the required relevant work experience are welcome to apply . At least 3 years supervisory experience in the BPO industry . Preferably with knowledge of IP routing protocols, Ethernet, ATM, DSL technology, CISCO or networking . Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills . Good English communication skills . Willing work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed
