SR. TEAM LEADS
Manages day-to-day operations and is responsible in monitoring, tracking and reporting offshore team's performance versus agreed SLA to client and engagement leads
Manages client expectations and understanding of the contractual and commercial requirements for their area of responsibility
Provides and implements business-focused solutions in fulfillment of contractual obligations
Qualifications
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree Undergraduates with the required relevant work experience are welcome to apply At least 3 years supervisory experience in the BPO industry Preferably with knowledge of IP routing protocols, Ethernet, ATM, DSL technology, CISCO or networking Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills Good English communication skills Willing work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed
