• Manages day-to-day operations and is responsible in monitoring, tracking and reporting offshore team’s performance versus agreed SLA to client and engagement leads
• Manages client expectations and understanding of the contractual and commercial requirements for their area of responsibility
• Provides and implements business-focused solutions in fulfillment of contractual obligations
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree • Undergraduates with the required relevant work experience are welcome to apply • At least 3 years supervisory experience in the BPO industry • Preferably with knowledge of IP routing protocols, Ethernet, ATM, DSL technology, CISCO or networking • Strong analytical, organizational and leadership skills • Good English communication skills • Willing work on a shifting schedule and on holidays as needed
