Description:
  • The Territory Sales Officer provides the Territory Sales Manager and Agents with daily business administration
  • Establishes the key account Agents for the company in the assigned territory to implement a strategy for business growth whilst identifying key Agents to engage and develop for a projected three-year development strategy across all Quartiles.
  • Maintains updated Business and strategic action plans for the territory on a monthly basis.
  • Personally engages on a rotational basis, in high level contacts within all Agency businesses to cement relationships for large accounts
  • Proactively identifies potential recruits to maintain the service levels for predicted future business and to meet the business plan of the Assigned Territory.
  • Recognizes as a strong contributor to each Agents business through business knowledge and market awareness demonstrated, whilst identifying company actions to meet challenges arising.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

.Graduate of any course with business studies or management degree holders may be at an advantage
.At least three years of experience in retail or sales work
.Preferably from the insurance industry
