Primary Function:
  • Perform various technical duties associated with the operation, repair, maintenance, upgrade, and calibration of test equipment used. Administer test equipment according to standard operating procedures in conformance to test system specifications and tolerances

Competency Level:
  • College graduate (technical degree and completed at least a technical (2-year) program preferably related to Electronics)
  • Fresh graduate up to 2-year work experience as test system/product technician familiar in industry-standard test system operation, troubleshooting, PM, and peripherals (load boards, contactor boards, etc). Knowledge in FA, reliability, and environmental test systems is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, fast learner, work independently, can render support beyond normal work hours. Can operate and use standard bench instruments (multimeter, power supply, oscilloscope, etc.)

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct tester PM/Calibration, GR&R data generation according to company standard procedures.
  • In-charge of resolving standard level test system performance issues in the line
  • Collaborate with peers to achieve department and factory goals
  • Support department project initiatives supporting factory improvement.
  • Represent the team in department activities
  • Exemplify implementation of accountability, discipline, moral conduct, and 5S
  • Initiates the communication of all system-related issues to engineers and provide necessary technical data to ensure that responsible engineers can give accurate disposition

This position may require a deemed export control license for compliance with applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to US Government International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), US Export Administration Regulations (EAR), or US Treasury Regulations.
