Job Description

Technical Support 
  • Provide Microsoft Office 365 Onboarding Support
  • Configure O365 tenants and setup customer devices
  • Data Migration - Handle migration of data between old email environment to Office365;
  • Training - Assist the customer with training on Office365 products when required;
  • Virtual Server Management - Provide management services to Virtual Machines including patch management and Server configuration Website Migration
  • Provide Website Migration services to a shared virtual server platform
  • Cloud Backup - Provide Cloud Backup Management Services
  • Note: As future products are released and professional services are required you will be provided training on new products
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
