Duties and Responsibilities:

Excellent Communication Skills
Understanding of support policies and procedural guidelines.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to deal professionally with irate customers.
Up-selling / Selling of parts / products to customers based from what they need as part of issue resolution.
Applicants must be wiiling to work rotating shifts (graveyard or day shift)
Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City


Mainstream DOS and Windows Applications
PC Hardware for Desktop and portable systems
Microsoft Operating Systems
Peripheral Subsystems including the following (Multimedia, Scanners, Printers/Laser Printers, TBU, etc)
Analytical, Good Communication (listening, verbal, written), Critical Thinking, Computer/Technical Literacy, Adaptability/Flexibility
