• Completed at least 2 years of college
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
• At least 1 year technical support/troubleshooting experience

• Provide technical support for end users through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Proactively keep up to date on new procedures
