Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- At least two (2) years of college education
- Preferably with a minimum of six (6) months call center experience
- Basic knowledge in computers including operating systems, hardware and Internet navigation
- Conversant in the English language
- Strong customer service orientation
- Willing to be assigned in Taguig City on shifting schedules
