Job Description

Level One Support
  • Desktop and Laptop maintenance
  • Scanner/Printer Configuration
  • Projector Setup and assistance
  • Network Connection
  • Desktop and Laptop Backups
  • Configuration and deployment of Centralized Anti-Virus System
  • Desktop, Laptop and Printer Cleaning
  • Software Configuration (Zimbra Desktop, Spark IM, GEMCOM and other NAC Authorized Softwares)
  • Inventory and Asset Accountability Documentation and Processing of desktop, printers, laptop, mobile phones, furnitures and fixtures as well as common area equipments
  • Facilities Management and Maintenance
  • Coordinate with internal and external clients on Office Renovations as well as Repair
  • Provide assistance and support to MIS and Admin Department in other tasks and/or projects.

Daily Activities. The following tasks may be included in the daily schedule of activities
  • Desktop, laptop, scanner and printer configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Multimedia presentation setup and assistance
  • Network connection isolation and troubleshooting
  • Software Configuration (ERP,Email,IM, Office, other Softwares)
  • Inventory and asset accountability documentation and processing of desktop, printers, laptop and mobile phones
  • All other tasks related to the aforementioned that may be assigned by the NAC AVP for MIS

Weekly Activities. The following tasks may be included in the weekly schedule of activities:
  • Updating of Workstation Updates and Membership to Anti-Virus System
  • Removal of unnecessary and temporary files to regain hard disk space
  • Updating of data backup coverage for laptops and desktops
  • Weekly Trouble Ticket Summary report on problems encountered and solutions to minimize risk and effect to the enterprise
  • All other tasks related to the aforementioned that may be assigned by the NAC AVP for MIS

Monthly Activities. The monthly schedule of activities may include the following tasks:
  • Monthly Trouble Ticket Summary report on problems encountered and solutions to minimize risk and effect to the enterprise
  • Monthly Assessment of PROVIDER Personnel Performance from Customer’s/s’ IT Manager and Random End-users
  • Updating of Active Directory, GPO and WSUS Coverage.
  • Exterior cleaning of PCs and peripherals.
  • All other tasks that may be assigned by the NAC AVP MIS

Quarterly Activities. The following tasks may be included in the quarterly schedule of activities:
  • Conducting a full diagnostic check to test equipment and track down faulty components before they fail completely
  • Quarterly Audit of Inventory, Asset Accountability, Active Directory/GPO/WSUS/ESCAN Membership, Customers’ office facilities, furniture and fixtures
  • PROVIDER personnel may be utilized by a Customer for research and development capacity for its future projects.
  • Cleaning of internal hardware components
  • Performing system restore to return the system to its original state if the PC seems sluggish and bloated.
  • Checking of power protection devices to ensure they are still protecting the system
  • UPS Testing within Customer/s head office
  • All other tasks that may be assigned by the NAC AVP MIS


Software maintenance and system optimization. Maintenance of Software updates, security patches for the operating system, virus definitions and updates of spyware database will be done on a regular basis. PROVIDER shall ensure that the Customers benefit from its continuing research in system security, networking, operating system, device drivers and application Software concerns. With this service, the Customers are assured that the system components in the Customer Locations contain the latest security patches and software updates.


IT and Facilities Inventory Project. PROVIDER will assist the Customers in the Software inventory initiative project. PROVIDER shall perform workshops on software (Outlook, Spark, Powerpoint and Project) to end user of NAC, during the 2nd week of the 2nd month of each quarter. All training materials will be created together with NAC IT personnel.


Exterior cleaning of PCs and peripherals. This service includes regular cleaning of external parts of the CPU case, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and other peripheral devices connected to the PC, like printers and document scanners. Depending on the usage level and the environment where the computers are located, external cleaning may be done monthly, every two months, or quarterly, depending on the necessity thereof which shall be determined by the NAC AVP for MIS.
