KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
  • Manage inbound and outbound technical sales.
  • Coordinate, work with, and get support from the regional product specialist teams.
  • Be able to initially filter leads and route these to the regional product specialist teams.
  • Support the Asia Pacific (including Australia) market and eventually be comfortable working on UK and US clients.
  • Comply with established sales practices and procedures.
  • Adherence to workflow and company's sales targets.
  • Follow-up with customers in a timely manner.
  • Present the company's products to customer needs.
  • Capture and update customer information as relevant and most accurate.
  • Ensure products and services sold align with customer expectation.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Extensive experience in inbound/outbound sales, minimum of 2 years in a call center sales environment - Australian B2B client experience is desirable.
  • Demonstrated sales experience in marketing to corporate clients.
  • Experience in working with CRMs is required.
  • Ability to work with autonomy and as part of a team.
  • A hunger and motivation for sales success is required.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and effective communications skills is a must.
  • Strong written and clear/fluent verbal communication skills is required.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills is required.
  • Problem solving skills is required.
  • High level of computer literacy is a must.
