Job Description:
• Responsible for sourcing, interviewing and presenting qualifies candidates for IT, non-IT and office support positions.
• Perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives
• Source and pre-qualify candidates that match client requirements, primarily by leveraging technology
Provides up to date reporting to Recruitment Manager
• Prepare and place job advertising across appropriate media and different job boards
• Collaboration with different hiring managers with all their openings and ensure that job calibration is being executed prior on sourcing and screening
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities, conduct interview combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) and provides a brief list of candidates, coordinates interviews
• Prepares assessment, feedback and recommendation for all shortlisted candidates
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms
• Ensure all open positions are being closed and filled on a timely manner and within the agreed budget
• Provide full coordination with the candidate and hiring manage on every scheduled interview
• Ensure all forms relative to recruitment, interviews are properly filled out and all recruitment processes and guidelines are being adhered
• Ensure that all documents of confirmed candidates are complete and must be submitted before on boarding
• Assist the Recruitment Manager with special projects
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in end to end IT recruitment is required.
  • Strong background on account management and service level agreements
  • Experienced Technical Recruiter or Recruiter with proven track record of closing multiple positions in a month
  • Exposed to volume and core IT recruitment
  • 5 month employment contract
