POSITION OVERVIEW

The role of a Technical Recruiter is to process applications and recruit candidates to fill open client requisitions. This position works closely with candidates by leading them through the entire recruitment process and ensures that all pertinent candidate information is captured within the assigned database. Recruiters bridge the gap between qualified candidates and current openings and build their business base by connecting job seekers with new positions as they help candidates move forward in their careers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of the whole end-to-end recruitment process
  • Provide vital link between clients and candidates
  • Recommends, develops, and executes recruitment and talent management strategies
  • Ensuring Company’s open positions and future workforce projections are filled in the most time-efficient and cost-effective manner

Client Management
  • Establish and maintain good working relationship with clients and provide information regarding the recruitment process while properly setting expectations with regard to profile requirements, candidate endorsements, and hiring turnaround times
  • Address the requests / inquiries of clients in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular calibration sessions with clients/hiring managers for feedback and updates to ensure alignment in agreed upon recruitment terms
  • Perform other initiatives that can further solidify client relationship
  • Resolve client escalation within a reasonable time

Recruitment Operations (Sourcing and Recruiting)
  • Responsible for administration of the standard recruitment process for all open tracks including conducting job interviews and placement (Offer and Due Diligence)
  • Act as a subject matter expert by providing recommendations for all recruitment-related concerns
  • Source, identify, and match the right candidate for an open track
  • Manage candidate pool and builds own solid pipeline for future tracks
  • Facilitate the hand off process and communicate hiring updates on new hires to stakeholders (Clients, Human Resources, and Operations)
  • Conduct Job Offer and extend contract to identified candidate
  • Maintain trackers and generate reports as required
  • Undertake further responsibilities that may evolve in the future

Others

  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional / departmental goals as directed by superiors
  • Generate high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight deadlines
  • Keep track of all hiring needs and ensure that marketing strategies and projects relevant to the open requisitions are set in place and executed with relevant results
  • Conceptualize programs/projects to enhance the sourcing channels currently utilized per vertical or position
  • Execute and represent the company in all external and internal pre-planned recruitment/sourcing activities such as Job Fairs, Career Talks, Recruitment Open-House, and other related activities
  • Keep updated on industry trends and practices, primarily competitor intelligence, and make recommendations based on gathered information
  • Creating partnerships will all levels of the organization, external third party vendors, universities, associations and other recruiting sources

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Science or equivalent
  • At least 1-3 years’ of relevant work experience in a similar position, working in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment in the BPO or Offshoring industry
  • Experience with volume hiring or technical recruitment preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications and is technically savvy
  • Experience in processing candidates from mid-level, senior, and executive level posts
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and success in meeting tight deadlines on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with different types of people at all levels
  • Ability to process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame as well as the ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision
  • With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and is customer service-oriented
  • Detail-oriented and can multitask with strong administrative and organization skills
  • Self-starter and able to work independently or with a team
  • Proven ability to communicate in English, both in written and oral forms
