Job Description

  • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
  • Screening resumes
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Administering appropriate company assessments
  • Performing reference and background checks
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Communicating customer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy regarding hiring and employment practices
  • Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
  • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
QUALIFICATION:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, HR, Psychology or any related discipline
  • At least 1-2 years of Proven work experience as a Technology Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats
  • Strong ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
  • Good understanding of Information Technology trends and terminology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
