  • Be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process for internal
    and external clients. This may involve full cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, scheduling,
    interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment
    branding, benefits knowledge and cultural fit assessment, and onboarding).
  • Conduct end to end recruitment activities from sourcing to job offer
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Account/Operations Management, Finance, IT and Facilities teams in ensuring all client requirements are addressed and delivered to budget and
    client expectations
  • Attend recruitment calibration calls
  • Effectively utilize all recruitment tools and channels in sourcing for best fit candidates
  • Develop and maintain a rich network and continuous flow of talents for IT and Non-IT roles
  • Conduct paper screening and initial interviews of candidates
  • Prepare assessment forms and quality-check all documents being sent out to clients and hiring
  • Schedule, facilitate and conduct briefs on client interviews
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure candidates completion of pre-employment requirements
  • Understand the market trends and conduct research related to recruitment and sourcing activities
    to deliver strategic opportunities for the client and the company
  • Provide excellent client and candidate service experience
  • Effectively demonstrate best practices and promote brand awareness

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 2-5 years end-to-end Recruitment experience in fulfilling diverse IT and Non-IT roles.
  • Must have strong experience in handling various roles, preferably from a BPO, RPO or Staffing
  • High Client Management and Candidate Management standards
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    . Proven experience in targeted sourcing for hard to fill vacancies
  • Boolean Search experience
  • Experience in handling various types of clients
  • Above Average Microsoft office skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
  • Ability in working within faced paced and in changing environments across multiple systems
