Your role

As a Technical Lead for INFA/INFA PowerCenter, you will get an opportunity to understand the client business requirements and contribute to the INFA/INFA PowerCenter Configuration Management and Code Migration between various environments using Informatica with Release Management and Versioning and working in agile environment. You will need to design and implement transformations to analyze, load, test and troubleshoot data in Data warehousing systems.
You will become an active member of the DevOps team that works closely with other disciplines/roles. You are T-shaped professional and responsible for the whole life cycle (i.e. development, operations) of in-house or packaged applications according to development/test standards and corporate architecture policies including security and data privacy guidelines.
What you need

• Primary Skills (Must have) - Informatica (INFA), Informatica / Informatica PowerCenter
• A minimum 12+ years’ experience in Application development using INFA/INGA PowerCenter
• Experience using delivering INFA/INFA PowerCenter solution implementation and support
• Understand the business requirement or the downstream process requirements
• Provide the guidance to other application teams on integrating with systems using INFA/INFA Powercenter
• Define the INFA/INFA PowerCenter solution and strategy e.g. implement the thing in PLSQL, rule configuration, etc.
• Lead INFA/INFA PowerCenter solution implementation and support
• Provide impact analysis whenever there are any changes and production events happen that may affect PowerCenter mappings or workflows
• Work with Data modeler to define the dataflow and lead the ETL team to implement the ETL to fulfill the requirement
• Define unit test and make sure the quality of the output from ETL team
• Provide development guide and best practice for developing PowerCenter Applications
• Lead the vendor and manage defects closing during the SIT and UAT
• Own and maintain the PowerCenter applications, drive the team to maintain awareness of technology trends to ensure the delivery of best practices.
• Manage vendor resources to ensure a right mix of external vendors to support multiple IT projects running in parallel, achieve utilization goal and on/offshore work ratio target.
• Provide L2 and L3 support in Production for INFA/INFA PowerCenter applications
• Experience in working with Data Mapper and Data modeler to define the dataflow and implement the ETL to fulfill the requirement
• Update and maintenance of the key Enterprise Architecture deliverables.
• Establishment and maintenance of contacts within business units and information system programs to understand business activities and business drivers, business requirements, solutions strategies and alternatives, being considered and/or implemented.
• Architectural leadership in the resolutions of inter-program and inter-project issues
• Plan, coordinate, architect, and supervise all activities related to the integration of software programs, applications, and third-party solutions as required to meet the business requirements of the organization.
• Implement Informatica Integration products both on Premise / Cloud
