Responsible for assisting the Senior Team Leaders on managing the encoders under their roster. Shall handle minor escalation from the both the client and the encoders to be raised to the Senior Team Leader as needed.
The Service Desk Team Lead's responsibility is to oversee the Service Desk resources and ensure that end users are receiving the appropriate assistance. He/ she will ensure the optimum operation of the Service Desk and the agents.
As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.
