Job Description

Oversee R&O EMEA Operations Monitors the performance of members to ensure that proper processes and practices are being implemented. Provides coaching, motivates, and helps team members to achieve goals Recommends salary increases, promotions, hires and terminations Serves as first level of escalation for staffing issues. Ensures that SLAs and KPIs are met. Manages the recruitment process to ensure all required data on applicants, processes and the final hiring decision meets company standards. Ensures that administrative procedures are accurate and performed in a timely manner to support the recruitment process. Engages with stakeholders to support regional and global initiatives. Provides solution to any operational challenges and solicit continuous improvements for the efficiency of the process. Qualifications Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree At least 5 years of experience in human resources Experience in a shared service or BPO industry Experience in Workday is preferred Primary Location Philippines-National Capital-Manila- Organization Johnson & Johnson International (Singapore) Pte.
