Work you'll do
Provide database support for firm's global client management database
  • Add, edit or delete contacts within the global client management database
  • Add or edit activities within the global client management database
  • Upload files onto the global client management database
  • Provide administrative support for database relationship management
  • Provide administrative support to maintain and generate system reports

Provide client engagement administration support
  • Send meeting initiations and/or follow up with the assignees for tax briefings
  • Update database
  • Prepare draft bills
  • Provide administrative support with engagement management

Provide support and undertake various administrative tasks
Timesheet tracking and maintenance of stationaries inventory
Other duties as assigned

  • Awareness and appropriate discretion when dealing with sensitive or confidential material.
  • Format documents including letters and reports for the Partners.
  • Assist with financial tasks and research where required - e.g. financial reporting
  • Expense reconciliations, filing and retaining copies of receipts for the partners
