Position SummaryWe have an exceptional opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our organisation. This role will partner with our talent acquisition team and help them identify, attract and deliver candidates for Refinitiv in Manila. You will use your talent and recruitment sourcing/research skills combined with your relationship management ability to build talent pipelines of both active and passive candidates. You will utilize online and various direct sourcing channels to feed your pipeline repositories and support the HR Operations team on pre-employment tasks.
Role Responsibilities
Provides recruitment administrative and transactional support to Talent Acquisition Team.
Handles simple to medium level of complexity in hiring requirements
Understand the hiring requisitions to identify the actual or desired job requirements to be able to source applicant with the relevant skills, experience and competencies.
Familiarize with possible recruitment channels and utilize the appropriate sources of applicants.
Conducts pre-screening of candidates either through phone or face-to-face
Administers recruitment assessment tools, arranges assessment logistics for candidates, keep records of assessment results and tracks assessment allocation per BU for billing processing
Execute simple to medium recruitment needs of the assigned business unit by closely working with Talent Acquisition Specialists leading the search, local HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers and Recruitment vendors if applicable,
Conducts competency-based interviews and complete the candidate assessment form for the assigned hiring requisition/s
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
At least 1-2 years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
With extensive background in sourcing and using multiple job portals
With strong background in pre-screening candidates, interviewing, managing candidates in pipeline, managing pre employment requirements and other 201 files.
Preferably with experience in volume hiring and executive search.
Willing to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig
