Job Description

The purpose of this role is to deliver Talent Acquisition Operational Service Excellence by providing TA Admin support, to ensure the fulfillment of open roles within the agreed SLA. The Talent Acquisition Operations Team Manager will lead a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators whose tasks include scheduling interviews, supporting the background check and onboarding of new joiners, as well as other related TA administrative tasks. Providing an exceptional experience for candidates and new joiners is an absolute priority.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Administrators in supporting the global Talent Acquisition function, focusing on processes related to interviews and onboarding. Provides coaching and mentoring to the Talent Acquisition Coordinators.

  • Drives team performance by ensuring that service level agreement and turn- around times are met.

  • Collaborates with Talent Acquisition in resolving issues/concerns that may arise in the various processes

  • Analyses reports to determine trends and areas of improvement to increase interview show-up rates.

  • Constantly looks for better ways of doing things - improving and simplifying systems, processes, and tools to increase efficiency.

  • 5 - 10years work experience in Talent Acquisition or as HR Generalist, with at least 3 years of experience as People Manager. Has in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process.

  • University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

  • Organization skills and attention to detail are key attributes for this role

  • Proactivity and the ability to identify efficiencies and put them into practice

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Flexibility in work hours

  • Working knowledge of Workday and other recruitment tools such as BUPLAS, Rooster is a plus
