Job Description
  • Technical support coverage via email
  • Technical support coverage via telephone
  • Administration duties including Office 365, Active Directory, licensing, VOIP etc.
  • Updating internal documentation and KB articles
  • Running reports as required
  • Working on small IT projects as required


Requirements
  • Experience with Active directory administration
  • Experience in administering Office 365 and Exchange Online admin
  • Desktop troubleshooting
  • Networking fundamentals

Nice to have skills:
  • PowerShell experience
  • Windows server experience: GPO & NTFS
