Responsibilities:
  • Root cause analysis: Deep dive analysis of delivery/manufacturing performance Identification of areas of concern
  • Analytics/Reporting: Analyze and identify potential delivery risk and operational performance and provide weeklyhighlights
  • Process/system improvement: Identify process/system gaps through A3 and drive improvement and permanent fix
  • Presentation: Present findings and recommendations to different levels of management
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams to resolve known issues with goal of improved performance
  • Ownership: Take responsibility for defined role rather than allowing others to dictate outcome. Driven and result-oriented with customer satisfaction in mind

Requirements:
  • Four-year bachelor's degree in industrial/production engineering, supply chain, business, engineering or a related discipline, along with industry certification or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 to 3 years experience in semiconductor supply chain or factory planningrole, with manufacturing exposure
  • Collaborative and knows how to motivate cross functional teams towards a common goal
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, analytical and willing to work in a fast-paced environment to quickly analyze situations and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3 and Oracle SQL is an advantage
