Job Description

• Possesses solid understanding of the overall vision of HR Shared Services, global HR data template and HRIS systems. Understands the requirements and can translate them into effective technology solutions utilizing the best practices approach.

• Support the development, mapping, analysis, redesign and implementation of continuous improvements to HR processes to ensure risk management, corporate governance, efficiency and good stakeholder service are all effectively managed

• Identifies and communicates opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.

• Assists in analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the SAP Success Factors Application to deliver, track and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.

• Maintains technical configurations and policy documentations, guides and Supports the downstream teams.

• Serves as point of escalation for issues, which may include interaction with other application and other vendor support services.

• Oversees and participates in the execution of systems changes, system testing, maintenance of integrations between HRIS and other applications

• Provide consultation to HR teams regarding HRIS capabilities.


Must have minimum 5 years of experience working on Success Factors/SAP HCM related projects and providing technical/functional support on various modules i.e. Employee Central, Time Management payroll and Benefits]
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in working with confidential information and critical business processes.
• Experience in High-growth international organization across multiple geographies
• Very good at English language verbal and written communication. French language verbal and written is a plus but not mandatory.
