Job Description



I.SC Operations:
.Able to conduct orientation sessions to sales demos, brand ambassadors and third-party personnel.
.Ability to provide timely updates and compliance to escalation procedures.
.Able to project and manage inventory of supplies.
II.Ad Sales:
.Ability to present the various platforms available for ad placements to potential clients.
.In-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, documentation and closing deals.
.Ability to identify and target emerging industries and/or businesses.
III.Leasing:
.Able to recognize leasing opportunities to offer selling and storage spaces and fixtures to prospective clients.
IV.Billing Administration:
.Thoroughness in the preparation of monthly billing.
.Keen eye for detail in identifying untallied/missing charges and those for adjustment.
.Able to navigate the billing system - Store Consignor System.
.Ability to enforce policies and procedures, as well as provide sound recommendation to effectively streamline billing processes.
.Ensure timely and accurate billing and report submission.
Skills and Qualifications
.Bachelor's degree in marketing or any business-related course
.3+ years in sales management within a corporate setting
.Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to close
.Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills
.Superb leadership ability and analytical thinking
.Strong business acumen and attention to detail
.Quick learner and highly trainable
.Mastered the art of time management
. Willing to be assigned in The SM Store SORSOGON
