The incumbent is expected to help build the HR General Services responsible for back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. The role will cover the whole scope of the employee life-cycle.
Duties & responsibilities
  • Execute and run back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
  • Participate in the roll-in of the selected BI countries following the Deployment Roadmap until 2023 regarding Employee Central. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
  • Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
  • Consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements (e.g. New Hires (national/international), Transfers, Contract Extensions, Part Time Work) taken into consideration the country-specific regulations and the respective legal entity company agreement. If required initiation of works council agreement approvals.
  • Orchestration of all relevant HR-specific On boarding activities
  • Consultation and realization of reorganization including but not limited to teams, business units and legal entity/corporation.
  • Liase with the respective HRBP/Local HR to ensure operational process excellence. Provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs and CoEs when required.
  • Handle special projects and reports for the supported countries under the supervision of the Regional Head of Employee Central

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Expert knowledge in the field of Employee Administration
  • Ideally work experience in different HR roles
  • Extensive customer orientation
  • Business fluency in English and Japanese language
  • Business Process Excellence
  • Ability to work across business units /geographies cultural sensitivity
  • Strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
