Job Description

Knowledge and Experience
1. Must have Ultrasound and 2D Echo experience
2. Related work experience, operating Ultrasound and 2D Echo equipment in a clinical (hospital, lab, clinic) setting.
3. MS Office software including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
4. Commercial applications experience a plus.
Willing to work in Pasig/QC area.

2. Strong customer interface and training skills.
3. Ability to work independently.
4. Ability to follow directions.
5. Ability to travel 70% or more of the time.
6. Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision in an environment that requires strong teamwork and cross-functional interaction.
7. Effectively and appropriately displays professional skills necessary to manage interpersonal relationships with team members, colleagues and customers – knows and follows appropriate lines of escalation; knows when and to whom issues should be raised; knows which issues should be addressed publicly and which issues should be addressed in private; etc.
8. Effectively manages daily tasks.
9. Works in a well-organized manner, consistently meeting customer and time requirements.
10. Strives for constant improvement; inspires and motivates others.

Responsibilities

1. Provide product demonstration support in hospitals, clinics, private offices, and other medical facilities.
2. Deliver post-sales installation training and customer retention activities.
3. Assist with product training for Ultrasounds and 2D Echo to field Sales Representatives.
4. Supports tradeshow and other marketing activities.
5. Complete required administrative activities.
6. Provide customer feedback to Marketing.
