Senior Graphic Designer
The designer will join our in-house creative studio. We are a highly engaged, results-driven team, who provide resources to the company in areas of production, design, editorial, and video. The graphic designer will be a strategic design expert and thought partner, responsible for concepting and designing print and digital assets in accordance with our brand standards and visual identity system. The designer must have the creative and technical ability to support a wide spectrum of print and digital assets including advertising, hero and brand images, logos, large format graphics, technical illustrations, and brochures. The role requires a designer with significant experience in interpreting complicated, technical concepts into compelling creative layouts. An interest in learning about our company and gaining an understanding of our technologies and industry trends will aid the designer to produce the most effective and persuasive work possible.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Create and execute graphics that communicate ideas in modern visual representation, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging.
  • Strong consulting skills and ability to work at all levels of the organization to analyze needs, provide recommendations, and develop and execute appropriate design strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate and present conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually with different stakeholders.
  • Must enjoy and thrive working in an extremely fast paced environment and is able to adapt to frequent change in direction.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work activities to handle multiple projects with conflicting deadlines, simultaneously.
  • Receptive to critique on designs and layouts, and openly exchange ideas and feedback in a professional and positive manner.
  • Solid understanding of branding systems and style guides. Experience in developing and writing brand standards and visual guidelines.
  • Knowledge and passion for typography and a strong sense of layout.
  • Must have proven background in offset print, constructing press files.

Technical Requirments
Advanced proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
  • MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Mac and PC proficient
  • Acrobat
  • HTML
  • 3D, automation, motion graphics desirable

Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design
  • 7-10 years design experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Professional portfolio must be available for viewing

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
